چکیده
The inclusion complex is one way to enhance active substance solubility, affecting medicine dissolution and penetration. formed by utilizing b-cyclodextrin as the host of compounds. Ibuprofen (2-(4-isobutyl-phenyl)propionate) a propionate acid derivative classified in class II Biopharmaceutic Classification System, which has low dissolutions high permeability. This study aims develop nanogel containing ibuprofen-β-cyclodextrin with ratio 1:1, 1:2 2:1; compare in-vitro diffusion profile pure ibuprofen gel. was prepared using coprecipitation method three molar comparison 1:2, 2:1. performed gel-based viscolam, comparing formulas concentration each gel tested experiment 1%. particle size characterization resulted having nanoparticle (510 nm). characteristic indicates that could cumulative release amount compared relatively smaller (156 Pure powder measured be 763 nm 957 nm, respectively. ibuprofen-b-cyclodextrin 2:1 demonstrated an increase 740.3 µg.cm -2 . Meanwhile, had 294.74 at exhibited

متن کاملStudy of inclusion complex of beta-cyclodextrin and nitrobenzene.
beta-cyclodextrin can react with nitrobenzene to form an inclusion complex which is characterized by (1)H NMR and powder X-ray diffractometry. The ratio of beta-CD to NB in inclusion complex is determined as 1:1. At 25 degrees C, the dissociated constant, K(D), of the inclusion complex is measured as 6.5 x 10(-3) M in neutral solution (pH=7.0), but in alkali (pH=13.5), K(D) is 3.2 x 10(-2) M wh...
متن کاملΒ-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex of Curcumin
Formation of inclusion complex of curcumin with β-cyclodextrin ( β-CD) has been characterized by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. From temperature-dependent fluorescence measurements, the thermodynamic parameters ∆H and ∆S, for the complexation were estimated. Kinetics of binding was studied by stopped flow technique, from which the binding constants for inclusion complex was estimated...
متن کاملPreparation, Physicochemical Characterization and In-vitro Dissolution Studies of Diosmin-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complexes
Diosmin, a vascular-protecting agent, is practically insoluble in water, and its oral absorption is limited by its extremely low dissolution rate. In this study, β-cyclodextrin (βCD) and 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPβCD) were obtained to improve the solubility and dissolution rate of diosmin. Phase solubility studies of diosmin with βCD and HPβCD in distilled water were conducted to charac...
